Repair of your Foxbody steering shaft. My rag joint failed, and rather than paying $200 + for a solid steering shaft, I bought a universal joint and created my own out of the factory steering shaft.

Here is the part I used, but any 3/4 roud to 3/4 36 spline should work:

Since theres such a clearance issue with the headers and the steering shaft with the 351 swap, what do you think about getting this joint in a 1/2” version ? I know you would have to change the upper u joint 1/2” to 3/4” but the main shaft would be 1/2” giving you a little more clearance. Of course you would need 1/2 stock for your new shaft.
