WXXI with All the Denoisers

I applied a bunch of effects made to control video noise/artifacts and here's what it looked like. The blue background ended up looking really good, the WXXI itself is a bit uncanny but does look high quality. Filters used: Smartblur, Wavelet Denoiser, Denoiser, 3D FFT Denoiser, Deband, Deshake_opencl
