My 2 Shield Nickels came today an 1882 in AU condition and an 1866 in Ch AU they were a bit more than what my budget allows but I am more than happy with them.
My type set is really coming along but now the coins that i still need to get are in the over 400-dollar range so I might just have to cut back on other things in order to finish the set.
the problem i have with that album is there is not a spot for a WL type 1 coin...I wonder why they omitted that.

Isn't one of the large cent holes too small or something? I almost bought this one but didn't when I saw that. Have the fixed it?

I've noticed that in alot of these albums there are no spots for draped bust half dollars and dollars. Do you know why that is?

Don't order that album. The large cent hole is too small for the coin. They sent out a replacement and never fixed the problem. The 1840-1857 Coronet is too small.

I just ordered the same one but I'm switching to a different brand. I want to get more albums for my other coins and they don't have blank pages or anything that goes over 2012. Since Dansco seems to be lost in the wind I went with Littleton. They have a lot of albums and you can get empty albums and Pages to fill it with whatever size coins you want. Intercept Shield is still a great type set album though.
