Wow… did she just say “ forget sugar and focus on bland food?” That’s not sustainable! Everything in moderation… my A1c came down from 13.5 to 6.6 within three months by incorporating exercise daily and low carb/ Mediterranean diet. I indulge once in a while though…

Dietician just told me to have healthy peanut butter for protein. Protein with carbs she said to slow down glucose. Not get rid of it. Also, Brown rice, multi grain pasta alternative.
