My appreciation for nitro has grown by leaps and bounds. I'm at the point where I don't even mind not having gloves if I have the nitro medallion. I've chased down mythic cars with it. The movement is cracked. The negated fall damage is cracked. The nitro bash is cracked. The faster reload is cracked. It's insane.

The 1.3x sight is weird to me because it has so much crosshair overlay and isn't very transparent. It's hard to see what's actually behind the crosshair a lot of the time

I'm a total noob (first season for me ever playing), but I like the 1.3x Holosight on the Thunderburst, especially if I'm running without an AR.
If I survive to late game, I often sub out an AR for something anti-car or some sort of blue/white heal, when possible.

Megaladon medallion is op. Unlimited sprint is op and uppercutting opponents is underrated imo. It throws them completely off and sends them flying, while you’re in the air, overseeing a variety of options. Combined with a slam down, or immediate switch to shotty is op. Running into slurp barrels with the unlimited sprint is op. Emp is op. Can’t wait to see what next season will be, hopefully movement but fraction of cars with no car mods.

i'm looking forward to the update, because any update is welcome, but i'm not the biggest fan of anything pirate related so it's a bit meh imo. Ggs on the game Jake, the nitro through the wall at the end was v nice.

My opinion about the lack of attention for the Pirates update is that Reload is so popular that it's sucking up all the oxygen in of the room. I'd like to get some cool pirate stuff and play with the new ship attack thingy, but I spend most of my Fortnite time in Reload these days.

Near Season start, I destroyed three players at 50m or more with the grey Thunderburst. The red dot makes it a little better, the other sights destroy it. I think enthusiasm for Pirates is low because of the leaks as well as the pace of the games with cars is kind of tiring. I'm sure once it's here, everybody will enjoy it.

Ive noticed that nitro does not consistently break walls. Good that it worked there.

I prefer the nitro medallion. I play aggressive, the extra speed helps me close distance without wasting my fist charges, and I like being able to reload faster when I am pressuring someone.
