Jake, your tips this season have been a big help. Got my first Crown Victory today, won 3 out of 4 total games.

My drops rotate between Rebel's Roost, Grand Glacier, Sandy Steppes, Reckless. I have some issues with wi-fi, so I try to hit lower density POIs and work my way into the zones in case I start having problems. Working out well so far. Thanks, dude.

Glad you mentioned about feeling loose and weird because i get that quite a lot. Where the game feels like its held together with sticky tape and well wishes.

Then sometimes its tight and steady.

Was one of the main reasons i used to change my settings constantly until i learned the error of my ways.

Learning how to play around vehicles better would certainly help people more than complaining or only seeing them as an escape method. Most people aren't great at it or don't want to commit to it, so if you can do the bare minimum, you'll probably win most car fights.

If they're committed to trying to drive away or otherwise won't get out, shoot through the windows or pickaxe trick them, or blow it up. If they commit to a fight, being able to get out, deal quick damage, and get back in is really useful.

Obviously you should want to make use of the car model as a piece of cover when you're outside of it... but also utilizing the inside of the car as a kind of juke method can be really useful. Because there's no animation, when you get in/out of a car, you more or less "teleport" in and out of the vehicle.

Makes it very difficult to hit you, so if you are able to respond to what your opponent does faster than they can to you, you'll be fine. Really just watch what Jake does when playing around vehicles and try to practice those mechanics, since he's really good at it.

I'm kind of split 50/50 between grim and reckless railways. Both have 2 avenger chests very close to each other making high chances of getting a jetpack. Also they are relatively close to weapons bunkers. So with grim on my way to the raft I usually check that bunker. From reckless railways going up towards doom area I'll check that bunker to see if they're going to open.

Restored reels is my go to this season as well. It is super easy to loot, lots of avengers chests, central locations, cars for mobility.
I enjoy the small multi story areas. I don't like fighting in larger buildings.
