So basically:
Kiełbasa - Polish sausage that usually is eaten raw on bread or grilled
Bimber - Moonshine but in polish, our moonshine is well known for being strong but not getting you hungover
Pierogi - Little dumplings that can be filled with basically anything for example fruit, sweet cheese, meat, or even with mixture of mashed potatos and cottage cheese (The ones with cottage cheese are the best and if you never ate them as a polish perseon then you are in fact, a commie)
The soup at 1:05 is known as Barszcz, there are two variants of it, one made out red Beet and dumplings with cabbage and mushrooms, and the other one is made on sourdough base and meat broth, usually eaten with eggs, white sasuage or even with small potatos! Both of them are eaten respectively on their holidays, christmas Eve and Easter Day.
The wings that one of the doges has, are husars wings. Many say that people were scared of their wings noise, but they actually were scared of the killing machines attached to them (And they actually didn't fight with the wings on because their armor was so heavy that no ordinary man could fight in it).
The "Polski Gopnik, ja pierdole" part actually is a refrence to the fact that Polish people hate being mistaken as russian Gopniks.
There's also a part that says "W Polsce są dziurawe drogi" Which says In poland there are broken roads which is 100% true.
Also Poles are known from being apodictic, chaotic and proud of who they are (It is also true).
The car in the video is called Fiat 126p it's well known from being both the worst and the best polish car (It is very memable).
Oh, and we also love Doges!
