I cried a river. This is my first time listening to this song. It may seem pathetic, I've been always asking my worth or what have I done wrong, I did my best to be the ideal girl a man could ever wanted. I endured the 3 years of hiding; from our parents, I compromised my religion my beliefs and kept on understanding that maybe, just maybe, time will come he'll fight for the thing we had. But everything became so fragile now that we're facing the reality of life. I understood and it was tough coz it takes a lot of courage to survive, I was hurt so I called him selfish, for wanting improvement for himself without me. He was gnawned by his frustrations, I insisted to stay although he's constantly pushing me away. 3 months ago, I freed myself from the misery. He's been shoving it to my face that his new friends/workmates were better than me. He's a one call away to his friends no matter how far the place would be but gets angry whenever I call him becuase I was depressed. The situation we had was on and off, tiring, consuming.

He came, because I was his character development. Not minding all the sacrifices I have done, people I turned down, the respect and dignity that I lose, my sanity, my feelings..I feel so empty. I'm still healing.

I pray to God. To protect my heart and to help me accept completely. To forgive and forgive myself because I'm to blame for the excruciating pain I've been.

And that Maybe Next Time, I deserve better and I can be better.
