Metal Detecting BIG Silver (2019/ 1)

This was the last hunt in 2018. I went to a part of the magic field, a Spot I´ve often been before. While I was doing my lanes on the field I realised that right in front of my eyes was a piece of forrest I hardly ever noticed. Like it wouldn´t belong to any metal detecting scheme.

To make it short: I went there and - BAM!

The Exerzierpatronen (practice cartridges)are extremely rare to find except for places where the Germans conducted initial recruit training (Grundausbildung, Basic Training.) Great find! Rennstallbesitzer= owner of a horse racing stable.

Complete Badassery Dan!! I have a spot like your Magic Field over here in Stuttgart but it is also very trashy. The farmer has harvested the crop and I ordered a sniper coil and it has arrived!! So excited! Then I threw out my back. I've been bedridden since Silvester! This sucks!! Well hopefully it will ease up soon and I can get out there again before he plants a new crop. Otherwise it's back to my forest locations. Absolutely great finds Dan, and glad to see your "friend that you don't know" completely missed those big silvers when he dug next to it. Bob in Germany
