Interesting perspective. What do you think about fundamental analysis of Warren Buffett? Thanks

As always, you’re crushing it and dropping knowledge bombs! You’ve said before that it’s price action (relative highs/lows) that should have us entering into a trade.

Love the stuff, please never leave us!❤

Great points in the video. I find fundamental analysis helpful when analyzing a ticker from my screener to get a better understanding of the business's current and future risks. It's not a crystal ball, but FA is helpful when tied together in a collective filtering process for a trade. FYI I do sell options as well. Thanks for making these videos!

You made a really good point that fundamental analysis can actually COST investors money because they get married to their thesis and feel as if they deserve to make money. Thats very interesting. It plays into the sunk cost fallacy where people invest t

I believe fundamental analysis works for me, it helps me dial in the strike price or not put on a trade at all. For example i traded dicks sporting goods earnings and sold 2 short calls and on short put. The reason for only one short put is I believed it was significantly overvalued. This was based on the fundamental analysis. The stock sold off hard on earnings so the assumption was good. Doesn’t always work that way but I think it gives you an edge the majority of the time.

I just figured out yesterday that most rich crypto holders invest with professional crypto traders to learn new strategies and earn huge amount of money. How true is this?

I don't do any fundamental analysis (full stop).

a lot of good points in here. on the question of "why would you lose money selling options" its also important to note that any risk premium should be realized in the long run, over many trades. whether any individual option will end up expiring for more or less than the premium paid at the time of a transaction is essentially random. so as you said, you need to protect yourself to survive long enough to realize the expected profit.

I agree with you that Fundamental Analysis isnt valuable. Isnt it arrogant for people to think that they know more about the company that the collective wisdom of the market?

The market seems very weak. If the Fed indicates that itll continue to raise rates, then the market will likely crash.
