If you eat the fruit and you leave the nut on the ground, what do they do with the nut. I hope they roast it. Cashew nuts are expensive.🇹🇹🇨🇦

I'm Jamaican in the US with Jamaican friends in Ghana and they have told me that in Ghana the locals are very lacking in knowledge regarding food they stick to what they know which is cassava, yam, okras that's it and fish that's what they eat. Just like Akee grows there and they discard it breadfuit grows there they don't eat it. There's so much food in Ghana that the locals don't know what it is and they discard it

The trees are really good for shade when they are mature the leaves can be bigger than your head they are planted everywhere here where i live they're native so its really easy to maintain and give tasty fruits

The part where they discard is not the nut. The nuts are inside the fruit. The cashew fruit is pseudocarp, which means it protects the actual fruits/nuts inside of it.
