These fajitas were AWESOME!!!
I wrapped in a tortilla with avocado, pepper jack cheese and sour cream with a side of rice…soooo good!!!., , and a very cold beer 🤓

Is there a way to add maybe a 1/2 cup of rice to the bottom with the chicken stock?. Then add a rack and put the chicken strips and veggies on top? I realize I would have to pick a rice that will finish in the 4 minutes Pressure cook time…or when finished, remove the rack and keep the rice cooking in the sauté mode.
I think I’m making this too complicated!
