This is a deceptively yet easy enough piece to learn but...despite many months of practice prior the exam I only managed a score of 28. The leaps were a massive challenge at the recommended tempo alongside keeping the semi quavers even enough.
Perhaps if I spotted this vid earlier I’d have had done better - thank you though for positing it’s always good to go back and fix things.

I love the additional comments at the end and practice tips. I think it is a challenging piece for a child, due to those jumps in both hands simultaneously. Surely a scope for a distinction mark, however, if they are mastered and played in tempo.

I know how to play it but I have to be quicker

There are no staccato markings in the left hand but you seem to be playing the left hand with more of a staccato sound the left hand which sounds good. Is that ok for the exam? I've noticed on other scores there are staccato markings in the left hand for this piece but not in the ABRSM book

I'm not opposing you but the aim of Trinity is to learn how to read the notes. Not to blindly memorise songs. So if you show how to play, people memorize. They dont get knowledge of the music theory reading.
