Nice to see someone who is having good luck with an ecodeisel I know two guys personally that bought them new and one failed to start 12 hours of the lot and the other one quit 2 weeks later. It was so bad ram couldn't fix it and both trucks had to be bought back unfortunately. Love your videos I just subscribed.

Got to love that true blue pearl my old 2014 ecodiesel was that colour I'm not a fun of the gap between tool and the tonneau cover I would like to be seamless but nice setup

I have the Retrax and a 5th wheel. They work great together and the Retrax is a solid cover when not using the 5th wheel.

I wholeheartedly agree; I with they would come up with soft cover so that those of us who use the bed for larger items, such as a fifth wheel.

That is a nice cover, especially if you travel for work a lot, but could be a problem hauling lumber. One good thing is he's driving my favorite truck Ram 1500 ECO Diesel.

Nice video, I've had the hard cover on my truck but it's sitting in the garage collecting dust. Just can't use the truck as a truck with a hard cover on it. Dog won the waiting game, he made you get the bump stop out from under the truck, hahahahaha

I have a RAM Crew cab dually with an 8ft bed I added a 60 gal fuel tank toolbox combo and it fits under a bakflip g4 hard folding bed cover. I have access to the bed to pull my fifth wheel and for pulling my gooseneck as well....steps on the side allow me access to the middle of the toolbox....a tire step allows me a lot of access to the bed as well....just research what you want and think long term and bed security you can find it....oh and I only have about 2 grand in all of it and a better range than a stock tank.

you talked about a hard cover/ tool box combo for people that tow 5th wheels, I have better built Shotgun toolbox with a retrax bed cover behind it. Send retrax the measurements and they will make the cover for you and only $150 more than a 6' bed cover. I have this on my 2017F-350 KR Dually . Also 2 200psi viair compressors under the tool box bhind the wheel well and a 5 gal tank on the opposite side of the tool box so I am able to still use the full 8' under the tool box. 3 trumpet air horn and airlift bags( thanks to your friends at the shop in Corpus Christi they told me how to use the tank instead of another compressor for the bags).

Instead of using his truck key for the cover could he have used the key that came with the toolbox? That way they would be the same key?

Would you consider a series of videos for absolute beginners? I'm a middle aged woman and I've never had any interest in mechanics but I need to buy a box truck with a good engine. I'm converting it into a RV/camper for stealth camping. Please begin with the terminology. Thanks
