In this video I show you how to reverse first and last names in Excel. There are two methods you can employ

1) Use Flash Fill. This is a very quick.
2) Use text functions: SEARCH, MID, LEFT. This formula is more involved and you would only use it if you wanted to link you switched names to the original.

Thanks, downloaded your example file and was able to reverse-engineer it to separate reverse order names that were separated by a comma
