I've listened to quite a few people explain subnetting, personally I think the way you teach it is better. Thanks for the hard work you put in!

I'm a bit confused about the host ID component in the bits. For example, at 1:25:40, there's a Class C address of 192.168.1.1. How come the bits in the third octet are which represents 1, and then in the fourth octet, they're which still seems to represent 1? Shouldn't it be Does the host section always have to be zeros, or is it because anything raised to the zero power equals one?

1:40:13 "if you start getting high on that power" I had to pause and remember that math was involved lmao

Is there somewhere I can download this and the rest of the N10-008 google slide presentations?

On a subnet mask a nibble is 240, would that be an accurate statement?

Thank you for explaining this! I just a quick question about /23. You mentioned you would multiply 256 (the last octet) by the 2 possibilities in the last number of the third octet. Can you please explain where you got the 2 possibilities from? Thanks again.
