At the end of May I bought the 2” and 3” Laura Edition Auger Set for my mom. She broke her knee on her left leg about 9 years ago and cannot kneel anymore. Then a couple years ago she broke her hip, and then a year later had a spiral femur fracture to the exact same leg. She loves to garden, and I thought this would be perfect for her. My dad bought the 20V Dewalt Driil with the handle and she loves the drill and her new Laura Edition Augers. She really enjoys, and looks forward to watching Garden Answer. She was so excited when receiving this gift. Thank you for offering these augers! It’s a game changer!

Following in Laura’s footsteps: I bought the original 2, 3 & 5”, then Laura’s 2 & 3” editions. Now saving for the bigger drill and 7 & 9” Laura editions! Tip: you can use the 5”, 7 & 9 to dig one hole for 3 or more bulbs! Dig 33 holes instead of 100! I leave extra space between these holes for permit daffodils to multiply. Tulips can be planted tighter if you treat them as annuals. By leaving more space between the holes with multiple bulbs, they bloom in a pretty, natural bouquet effect. 💐 Also use the larger augers to plant multiple small annual or perennial plugs. The other great thing about the amount of the swirly digging wing thingys being shorter… seems like 👍 is that when she uses it those wing digging thingys assist in measuring the depth of the whole for the size pots the plants typically come in! We bought them before the Laura Editions came out and we've (I've) used them quite a bit and am glad we have them. Yes, the Laura Editions are easier to use so get those, you won't be sorry.

This is so Great! I wish there were some sort of trade-in plan. I purchased most of these last year as an investment but would love to have this set that is taller and lighter. I know they have extenders you can purchase, but it doesn't take the weight off. I'm really glad they made these. Thanks Laura and Aaron!

After a LONG time of watching Laura and Jenny (GWC) using these augers, I FINALLY pulled the trigger and purchased one (the Jenny - 5” x 32”) literally about three weeks ago…. Only to now have Laura put out a taller and lighter one. 😑 …. Still super happy for GA and power planter designing products with the home gardener in mind. ♥️
