Introducing RØDECaster Pro Firmware 1.1.0 - now with multitrack!

Available for download on both Windows and Mac, Version 1.1.0 includes:

• Multitrack output to USB

• Ability to remove audio processing from multitrack outputs, while it remains on main stereo mix

• Colour coded microphone channels

• Pulsing record button to indicate when it is armed to record

• Updated menu layout

Thank you Rode this update is so awesome. I recorded last night immediately after downloading the new software. Amazing I can’t say enough good things about it. One thing for the future I would love to be able to share the info on the SD card to my computer over usb. Besides that this an amazing product so happy I preordered with Sweetwater. USB mix minus!!!! Yes!
I use my Rodecaster Pro for YouTube audio so this is important. Now I can record the video from a large screen Skype, while sending the mic feed from the Rodecaster Pro back out to Skype, AND record the full audio from everywhere to SD card so the PC isn’t doing all the work.

I’ve found the quality of the audio on the Rodecaster Pro to be pretty good. Also the onboard Compressor is pretty good. I’d like it to be a little more aggressive but it is very transparent which is great. I’ve stopped using an outboard compressor and I’m just using a Sebatron tube preamp now (another Aussie product).

The only thing I need now is a Bluetooth lapel mic that I can use when I walk around the room. To send an additional mic feed to the Rodecaster Pro Bluetooth channel would be tops.

I managed to record multitrack on Adobe audition, using wasapi. I have faced some issues with the sound, as if it was distorted, even with low levels. The audio clips from the soundpads are getting slown down on bpm, with lower pitches. Besides the multitrack to usb, I'd like to suggest a new feature for an upcoming firmware update : allow multitrack recording also with the dynamic level controlling we used on live . This would reduce dynamics editing on post.

Good Job! In my opinion you must allow access to the memory card via USB. It is not possible, every time, to extract the micro SD and then use an adapter to read it on a computer.

Please if you people can add reverb effect so the live singing performance can be possible as online podcaster some time we have a special guest, who want to sing. even 99 dollars or Creative Sound blaster K3 mixer have this feature but I am shocked when I didn't find this feature in RodeCaster Pro. Hope you will update this feature soon.

Seems an odd decision to make the record button pulse when it is NOT recording. Animation indicates activity so if I didn't know otherwise, I'd say that a pulsing button indicates that it IS recording. If it's only a single colour LED, why not simply make it unlit if not recording and red if recording? That would be more logical IMHO.

Reverb? During the early previews of the Rodecaster Pro the firmware included the reverb effect. Can you please enable reverb as it is frequently used by many?

This product is almost perfect!!! only thing missing is at least 2 stereo input! Adding 2 stereo inputs would be perfect for a dj doing live streams or podcasts that are music based (one for dj console and the other for aux audio input) if there was another product that offers that then I would say... SHUT UP AND TAKE MY MONEY $$$$, LOL.

Hello. So I have an aux headset connected into the 3.5 input. My issue is that I hear my self when I speak and that is really annoying. How can I fix that?
