DIY Kinder Bueno Spread Recipe | Bread & Baking

Kinder Bueno is a delicious tasting chocolate bar. With few ingredients you can make your own cheap kinder bueno spread! This recipe is super delicious!

Ingredients:

-150 g roasted hazelnuts, skinless
-165 ml vegetable oil
-55 g powdered sugar
-1 pinch of salt
-200 g white chocolate, melted

I tried similar recipe with less oil, it tastes amazing not the same as Bueno filling but close.

I have tried this recipe. I think the amount of oil that she gave on recipe is too much. I follow the exact recipe but turn out too runny and the taste of vegetable oil is too strong. I also see other comments have same issues with me. So i could say her recipe for oil is not accurate, you guys should add less amount.

hi. did you strain your blended nuts before putting in sugar? i notice that yours looks smooth with not even tiny bits of nuts skin. while mine not smooth at all eventhough i blend it for quite some time

I tried this and it’s too runny…and after 7 hours it hasn’t thickened. It tastes ok though but I think the recipe needs alterations xxx
