when app will be in kill state
then how can we notifee to our receiver for call
because now receiver getting only notification nothing else
is it possbile receiver will get call same as when app on foreground
like whatsup call?

this only working when both the caller and the callee are using the app currently but how it works when the callee isn't using the app ?
