About Khaitsa Wasiyo
Khaitsa Wasiyo (Ed.D. ‘09) is an international expert in adult learning, educational technology, and project management. She helps people to use digital learning tools to enhance performance and collaboration. She has consulted for leading corporate training institutions such as the American Management Association and she has worked with several universities to enhance online learning and teaching. She also created educational digital products on gender equality and women’s empowerment for the United Nations Entity for Gender Equality and the Empowerment of Women (UN Women). And, she is often sought after as a speaker and author on topics such as educational technology, knowledge sharing, and project management.
Dr. Wasiyo earned her Bachelor of Science in Engineering from Tufts University, her Master’s in Instructional Technology and Media and her Doctorate in Education in Adult Learning and Organizational Leadership at Columbia University Teacher’s College. She is also a certified Microsoft Engineer, Microsoft Trainer and Project Management Professional.
