Maine Ola S1 Air ₹1, 30, 000 mein kharida, aur sirf 6 din mein vehicle kharab ho gaya. Main Twitter pe continuous complaint karta raha aur customer care ko call kiya, but no response. Jab maine legal action ki warning di, tab jaake respond kiya. Unhone ek drunk aadmi bheja jo kuch samajhta nahi tha, aur vehicle 20 din tak repair mein raha. Wapas aaya toh handle lock ka issue tha.

Phir service center 40 km door bulaya, waha gaye toh parts available nahi the. Phir Twitter pe complaint ki, tab pata chala ki bas ek wire connect karna bhool gaye the. Customer service ne ek bhi call pick nahi kiya, aur service center mein badtameezi se baat ki. Ab main khud hi problems fix karta hoon, kyunki inpe koi bharosa nahi hai.
