We celebrate the Blue Mass every year in honor and gratitude of our first responders and community protectors.

A few things about Angels
• Devotion to angels is a traditon long held in the Christian Church inherited by Judaism
• The feast was first celebrated in 1500 by the Francisan order. It was later made part of the General Roman Calendar in 1607 by Pope Paul V.
• Regarded as a sort of supplement yo the Feast of St. Michael (Michaelmas)
• October 2, 1795 Pope Pius VI granted a partial indulgence every time, with a contrite heart and devotion, any of the faithful say the following Guardian Angel Prayer
"Angel of God,
My guardian dear,
To whom my love commits me here,
Ever this day be at my side,
To light and guard, to rule and guide.
Amen."

Some of the best music we do doesn't often happen in the church when we work separately. It is hard to find people who match our effort, skill and creativity. We work very hard and have decades of experience. I am constantly researching months and years ahead of time for feast days and recitals, studying and seeking opportunities that will connect us to believers that welcome, hire and appreciate us. Pray for leadership that respects talent and professionalism. Pray to remove destruction, chaos, glorifying mediocrity and favortism to the undeserving.
