We're all an important part of each other's lives, regardless of our sexuality or gender identity.

You're going to have people in your life who are lesbian, gay, bisexual and trans...and that's a pretty awesome thing.

Bit of a tear-jerker actually, hearing all those stories.

When your gay and someone you told, a friend, your family, anyone straight and you accept them that gay boy or girl IS going love you more than you'll ever know. They told you in the first place because they like or they love you or they respect you, when I was young boy in school I felt a strong love for those who accepted me.

makes me cry tbh all we ever want is for other people to love and appreciate them; the least you can do is not care enough to harm them

'You know what it would feel like having experienced anti-semitism and racism, it's basically the same thing. You are being discriminated against something that you can't possibly control.' - YES. I feel that the link between racism and homophobia isn't made enough. She's completely right in that in both situations, there is a prejudice against something that person never chose to be, it is simply an element of who they are.

I loved this video. To my year 7 self - although you hate it right now, but embrace and celebrate what makes you different! One day you'll cherish it and you'll be surrounded by so many beautifully different people.

This brought back good memories and brought some tears 2my eyes. I instantly posted it on FB 2thank my friends from high school (I went 2an all boy's private school in Melbourne and was a boarder, class of 2001).

I was outed in year 11 after having come out 2some people, and I have 2say that it was an amazing experience - scary at first, but I never got bullied. Sure, there were moments, but they were quickly shot down by my friends. Kinda helped that I was a prefect in year 12 though!!

I can't wait until we fully accept and just let people be happy... Not enslave them, push them off their land, or discriminate because we believe in making ourselves happy by making some else sad to the point of suicide.

I don't understand why most of anti-homophobia campaigns tend to be more focused on gay men and sort of leave out lesbians. Like, lesbians are oppressed too.
I might be wrong, but this is an impression I often get.

I know that it is in context - but I *REALLY* wish someone would make one of these without crude language or swearing so we can show it a whole school assembly.
