Hello Ryan, I just had a quick question about the bidding. is the winning bid the final price you will end up paying for the home? I'm currently bidding on a home and the bid is up to 50, 000 and I find hard to believe that I'll be paying for a brand new home for only 50000.

I am a homeowner entering a foreclosure house auction in a few days. I got notice from the bank that they will do that in a few days. Will the bank automatically setup a realtor to do the foreclosure house auction work for me or do I need to contact the bank and a realtor to setup a foreclosure house auction?
