If you want data in a form component in UI Builder to be displayed in a specific view, specifying the view in the component configuration will not work. You have to specify the view in the data resource.

This was really helpful thank you! I was struggling with changing the view, it was simple enough on the display only form component but on the form component, i was getting stuck and this helped, thank you.

How can I dyanmically pass the sys ID, i want to run a query on page load and fetch sys ID and then want to pass that sys ID in form data resource

Great video! I have a problem where i need to create a new record with the form. I have tried to use -1 as the sys_id, and it appears to create an empty form. However when I open the preview or URL, the form doesn't load and it says the component isn't configured. How can i overcome this issue?
