Can I just say that you'll have no worries about language coz there's almost no language barrier in the Philippines coz almost everyone can understand English very well but not very fluent in speaking it (I mean almost all Filipinos can speak in English but there will be some grammatical errors).
BUT if British people go to the Philippines, Filipinos may find it hard to understand you because of the accent.
