Follow Such Weeding in Paddy:
Hi Friends,
Please watch and enjoy this shorts video on weeding in paddy. Most of the cases we found that the farmers use to throw out the weeds after uprooting. But we tried to show that if we insert the weeds, after uprooting, under soil it enriches soil fertility after decomposition through addition of organic matter.
Presently it's quiet impossible to add farm yard manure, vermicompost or any other manures. But if we do what has been shown in this short video, soil health will be restored by
a. Adding organic matter into soil,
b. Improving water holding capacity (WHC),
c. Improving physico-chemical properties of soil,
d. increasing aeration in soil,
e. making nutrients available to tye plants,
f. Decreasing application of chemical fertilizers, etc.
