That center display is amazing. What Moza’s done in the last 2 years makes me wonder what these major companies have been doing for the last decade? They’re just so much further along in their hardware and it’s pushing these other companies to step it up.

Hey Mike! Great review as always thanks! I have the same button rattling issue on the Moza KS wheel. Its the white buttons that you put the stickers on, they look the same. Big ups to Moza for the bold design, although i think inspired by the Fanatec Bentley wheel!

Happy to report, no rattle with my production example. Using on a SC2 Pro @ 100% but attenuated in-game. My example is one of the first 50 made, though. Cheers

Hi Mike
Great review!
This is a pretty sophisticated piece of kit. I like the aesthetic, and you and others agree on high build quality.
Im really torn right now, over buying Asetek Forte @18 Nm or the Moza R16 V2. Moza seems to be pushing the envelope for well built wheels & periferals. Software for both seems more refined then my Fanatec.
Looking forward to more reviews. 😊

Great review Mike 👍 Not a wheel I’m going to buy. Still waiting for the Asetek Invicta wheel 🤞

the amount of lag of this screen are insane :(

Great video as always. Maybe I will be rich someday, so I can go all out on some of these higher end wheels. This wheel (or higher end wheel from others) with the Asetek or Simucube wheelbase would be greatness! Someday 😀.

Really wish i went with Moza when i started. Fanatec was king when i built my setup, and i love my stuff, but hate the company. Had major issues with their customer service.

Nice review Mike.

The design looks very much inspired by the Porsche Vision GT concept. ;)

I get testing it with the R12, R16 or R21, as this is a very expensive wheel (for Moza standards), but do you think it will work well with the R9 (or possibly even the R5?)

For the R5 the KS might be the better pick, having the the same amount of buttons as the VGS (with 2 joysticks, rather than 1 replaced by a funky-switch), but I’m curious if it even works together well enough not to dilute the FFB too much, like the CS and RS can on the R5.

Hi Mike, my vision GS dashboard only can reflect the gears and rpm. Others such as speed, throttle, brake etc no any reaction. I play the F1 23 & AC. Any solution? Thank you so much.

Have you asked Moza if the button rattling is because of the wheel being pre-production?

It’s ’microfibre leather’ not real leather, synthetic fibres with a polyurethane outer surface. Not only do the buttons rattle but they rotate in use / over time but can be useful if you put the sticker on badly. Shifters have a hollow sound which seems like a lack of material thickness or density, some rubber dampers would help, and the clutch paddles have squeaky springs. At that price, unacceptable. Can you do anything dynamic with the button lights based on telemetry like you can with SimHub and the GT Neo wheel?

I really think the price should be $599.

Can we call it the demolition man wheel?

They don’t support and have ditched the FSR owners with their non functioning dashes: many people have been asking endlessly for new dashboards and customization etc.

Wouldn’t get anymore MOZA wheel’s because of this.

it looks like a melted down round wheel with a tachometer in the thanks. Good review Mike.

Given the sf1000 wheel is about 1/3 the price, this is far too expensive.

Stunning design...but I don't need that fancy display...and the top part blocks som vision.

Always have enjoyed your videos, I think your definitely one of the best when it comes to reviews but this wheel is definitely overpriced and gimmicky. No sim hub compatibility and the display is tiny. I’m sure someone will be triggered by my statements so no I’m not angry but I am a professional hater… lol…. And yes I’m experienced as I’ve been sim racing for over 10yrs and not new to the industry. People will definitely have buyers remorse at that price unless it’s a novelty purchase.
