Caught a refurbished Siemens C651 set 217 en-route to the Scrapyard with Police escort, while making my way to one of the MRT station. This will probably be the last time seeing a refurbished C651 for good, which didn't see revenue service at all.

I was completely caught off-guard too, even a Taxi Driver caught this thing happening too. Taken at a public-accessible area.
