Plz clarify, the update done on phone number via heroku app is updating the postgres database record, which syncs regularly with Salesforce to update data in Salesforce. The app is not directly updating Salesforce data right? The explanation cud have been more towards, when and where data updates happening and how. Thanks

I cannot understand how the app was able to update the contact. I understand you used email, but there was no part of the video that said how email will make the match inside of salesforce.

Hi Abhirup, thanks for the great tutorial ! Are there parameters in Heroku to prevent rate limitation here besides the 10min time between retrieves (retries or bulk update for example) ? Also do we have such integrations with other Cloud Application Platforms ?
