I would definitely mount a projector screen on the ceiling over the end of the bed, or magnets or hooks to hang one when you want to use it, and that way you can watch movies or play games from bed or the couch on those inevitable rain/bad weather days.

be careful with that high center of gravity. u may flip the truck driving offroad. and the box is fixed to the chasis, does not stand on pivots. oh, since u have a huge metal sail, be careful of side winds on the highway. u mayfind urself in the opposite lane in a second.
oh, those support beams u cut to make windows? that box will last around a year before surprising u with problems beyond fixing. coz it will stretch, bend, twist wo control.
