This short homily is one of Fr. Mike's best, certainly one of the most important! Thank you Jesus for this gospel passage! Please help us to learn to sit at your feet! ❤

Try to have no agenda when sitting with Jesus in adoration. St. John Vianney said, “I look at the good God and He looks at me!” 🙏❤️🙏

Oh what an amazing truth that the Creator of the heavens and the earth and all that is therein wants to have an intimate relationship with me 🤗. One day I brought a pillow down to the couch for morning prayer and imagined myself resting on the bosom of my Lord as John did. I wonder sometimes if the reason only John was called the beloved is because he was the one who recognized it. Lord Jesus, speak to our hearts as you did to Martha and show us what is getting in the way of a closer more intimate relationship with you. Then help us overcome it. Amen.

Hi Father Mike. In about an hour I'm heading to my weekly visit with Holy Adoration and thoroughly relish my time with Jesus. Regarding worry, my wife used to wonder why I don't worry. When in 2012 I received a message from Jesus that, "Everything will be alright.", I took it to heart and I worry about nothing. No fear, no worry. (Although I do get frustrated and anxious about the evil in this world sometimes, but it then leads me to prayer.)
