For the Pantene, is it a store RR that it’s giving back??
If so, it might’ve not given it back to you bc you used that $4 store RR. I forgot who mentioned it once that when you roll a store RR with a promo that’s gonna give you the same RR back it won’t work bc it’s technically the same promo, which would deals of the week. So it’s always better to roll RR from different promos in those. I hope I explained myself 😅 also thanks for sharing I always enjoy watching your videos

My store told me you can not redeem and earn ANY RR in the same transaction (regardless if they are in same promotion) Possible explanation for your Pantene glitch if you were redeeming a $4RR as outlined on your worksheet.
