I tried to implement buttons (class Button objects, not a pictures) in table cells in my project. However when I want to get the object (student) on mouse click in this row it shows NullPointerException. I think, at the moment of pressing the button, the corresponding line is not selected and the method getSelectedItem() does not work. How to fix it?
