My dad was assistant cameraman in shola aur shabnam, i was 9 yrs old and visited the shoot.
She put me in her lap like elder sis and was played with me. Giggled like a normal person.
The only memory i have of her.
Divya bharti will always be a lovely memory for me.

Rip ❤❤❤❤

If Divya Bharti was alive today, she wouldnt even be 50. Thats how young she was when she died in 1993. After Sridevi, she was the one to see super stardom at such a young age.

When I was a kid, I often got confused between Sridevi and Divya Bharti. She was so beautiful and such a sad demise she had to face. Rip

Though I was born a decade after her death, I fell in love with her beauty and bubbliness.

My uncle was a journalist with whom once i visited the sets of Deewana movie. I was 7 years old and clearly remember how sweetly she treated me and gave me a chocolate.

I was born in 1996 but when I was 7 year old then I saw her video saat samundar. Then I asked my mom who is this cute heroin? My mom said she is no more. I was really shocked at that time. I'm still amazed. Om Shanti

I just noticed an amazing fact about Divya Bharti's death that many might find astonishing. In 1993 a few days after Divya's death Troy Ribeiro wrote a famous article for Stardust magazine titled "The Tragedy That Shook The Nation!" In the article in one of the section the writer describing his experience on the situations in the hospital just after Sajid arrives writes "There lay his beautiful wife, dressed in black slacks & a black & white polka-dotted top, looking so much at peace with herself. Her hair was still soaked in blood yet Divya looked so angelic, so divine". In this documentary video at around 8:50 you can see a photo where Divya is wearing a polka-dotted top, which means this is most probably the exact dress she was wearing that fateful day when she fell from her balcony and died. Anyway, this is quality content creation, I love the respectful ending you gave. Keep up the good works. Divya Bharti was absolutely stunning, summarizes the 90's gamour beauty. RIP Divya ❤

When I see the long list of upcoming movies of her I think most of the lead actresses of 90s wouldn't have even got a chance to debut.

I m her biggest fan from Pakistan since 1992, when i was just in class 8th & now I m 45 yrs old... she had amazing perfection in her each & everything just after Madhuri.. those days were her initial seeking days, even then she left unforgettable & unparalleled memories through her keen & hard work.. May Allah bless her soul with rest & peace ameen.. you have once again reminded her mesmerizing memories with making a fully detailed researched video on her amazing but shortest life span.. great video so far.. thumbs-up

Aahhhh Divya Bharti was a MASSIVE HIT!! As I grew up listening by my parents when they were in their teens about the 90s era n facts, gossips, I couldn't believe seriously when first my mum told me that Divya was just 19 !!! I was astonished that she had done in just 2 years this much movies n many more were about to come just by 19 years old but sadly we lost an EXCEPTIONAL TALENT!!!

Loved her in Shola aur Shabnam. Her dialogue in the movie "beech raaste mein apni amma ke liye roti bana rahe the kya?!?! " always cracks me up.
She was very cute. She went too soon. Rest in peace dear Divya ❤
