I have a brand new unit. When i went to plug in the BS 60 for the first time, it was giving me the "!" yellow low power supply warning. I plugged it into to multiple outlets throughout my space and I could not get rid of this warning light. I was unable to turn the remote controller on as well, when plugged into the BS60

Hello...one of my battery TB60 is showing battery error with the red light illuminated...battery used only for a max of 3hrs since commissioning...my other 3 batteries is ok except that fourth one...thanks for consideration and waiting for your answer and expertise

Hi,
I am facing some issues with my battery station, it’s not charging the the two TB60 batteries in parallel rather it’s charging one battery at a time.
Could you please help what could be the issue?
