LEMON MUG CAKE RECIPE

I hope you like my recipe for a lemon mug cake.

Simple Cooking Channel Merchandise!!

Ingredients:

– 3 tbsp of self raising flour
– 3 tbsp of sugar
– 1 egg
– 2 tbsp of oil
– 1 tbsp of lemon zest
– juice from 1 lemon

Pretty good!

When I made this, I added a tiny bit more oil, and a half of lemon, and half a tbsp of lemon zest, delicious!

Tips: add a little bit of milk.

I used vegetable oil,


Add an extra tbsp of sugar, (its very lemonly, if thats a word XD)
