Get two rubber maid totes of different sizes and expanding foam spray foam in the bigger one put the smaller one inside and spray foam the gaps. Cooler is now finished.

At my high school we have only one bathroom on one side of the building that only has one working toilet but the stall lock is broken. So one day I showed up and took two pieces of duct tape and used them to keep the door shut. I taped a post it note to the door saying "you betti lock, patent pending". It worked like a charm but the janitor took it down and the stall hasn't been fixed since. RIP you betti.

Make a box like that big enough to drop a cheap cooler in and it won't have to be water proof.

Coat that thing with some rubberized flex seal paint and that’s exactly what a yeti is and honestly if you want to make it even better then a yeti put a second foam layer 😂

It’ll look nice if you put some elbow grease. A good project would be to spray it with Bedliner spray but maybe staple it up with foil paper since some foam melts of with Bedliner spray.

But no info on how long the ice lasts. I recently bought a 5 day cooler, and turned out I was lucky if the ice lasted 2 days.
