While it is true that you save some money on STT and exchange charges in options, the futures move much more normally that options as options are sentiment based and if we are wrong they melt rapidly fast as change of sentiment will affect option premium very fast. Also futures let you make a 50 points SL and wait patiently while option premiums go down rapidly loosing 50% of what you invested if the futures SL gets hit.
