Not fond of Lufthansa since I am in dispute with them over what seemed a bargain flight of £568 to Bali ended up costing me an extra £1500 which I could not afford otherwise I would have been stranded, as a 75 year old, in Bangkok, and on the way back from Bali again left stranded because I could not contact Lufthsnsa, to confirm my flight home with Thai Airways, who thought the booking was void because I had to pay for another flight. Must add because of this my travel insurance ran out, and also my prescribed medication from the doctor, as I could not leave for four more days until the extra flight I had booked, took off, costing me £700. I am now flat broke.

Well a word to the CEO of Lufthansa…get you house in order @lufthansa. I had booked business class London to Sydney…they have change and cancelled various aspects of my flights over 10 times and today was the last straw. I cancelled and rebooked with Qantas. DONT FLY LH!

The solution is quite easy, Lufthansa: just do not sell more tickets than you can handle comfortably. Of course that includes Security checks, baggage handlers, plane pushers and ATC. Check your capacity in pilots and cabin crews as well, err on the lower side, do not sell tickets for flights you know you can not perform safely. The whole airtravel system is far lower than what it was ore-pandemic. Do not try to go from nil to 109%. Be honest and trustworthy. Do not bluff your customers, do not cheat on them.
And Mr. Spohr: just do your job right. Customer service does not mean selling as many tickets as possible. Sell only as much as you can satisfy. Do not overtly your hand.

Lufthansa cancelled our return ticket more than a month ago - and we still have not received the money back for the cancelled return tickets. It seems like Lufthansa oursourced the customers service and claims department to sourcing partners, which are not able to proceed with the request. Why is it that the customers has to submit a request to get the money back when it's the company who cancelled delivery of the product? If i order a product on a webshop for a regular retailer I get a refund within a couple of days, in case they can not deliver the product. It seems like Lufthansa is treating the customers money an easy way of loaning

I am trying to find out anything about an old man by the name of Paul Westhal. He is the new director of my HOA, in my subdivision in Memphis TN. It is a woody location with a lake that had lots of Canadian geese and he had them all murdered including their 11 goslings. Some of us were heart broken over. That old man speaks with a German accent and seems to promote profits over humanity and compassion. He tore down the entrance of the subdivision that had many blooming flowers, to replace it with non blooming bushes and a new sign that includes the LOGO of Lufthansa. WHY is he promoting that airline ? Is it legal ? is there conflict of interest ? what is he getting for that ? is it part of their global interest in diversification ? I want to know. I smell a control we should not be suffering from. I do not want to see that logo unless I get free feel sure he will get free fluff. This is unethical . I tried to reach the legal department but they also have German names. Not a good prospect. I am going to make it as public as I can. It seems to be totally off.

You should read the horror stories posted on Lufthansa's facebook pages! My special needs daughter and I are scheduled to fly to Athens from JFK, NY via a stop in Frankfurt to change planes, and I am scared sh#*less that our flight will be cancelled, even at the last minute. So much time, energy, and money goes into planning an international trip, and for them to overbook is not ethical.

This is the worst company I’ve traveled with! Our flight to Munich from Stockholm was delayed and they lost our luggage while transferring to Paris. The flight attendants were rude and unhelpful. We still don’t know where is our bag after one week. No customer service. Plus this is the second time they lost one of our luggage. Still waiting for the money they promised us last summer… This company is a scam, a shame, a very bad joke!!

Maybe pay them more. Blue collar jobs haven’t kept up with inflation since 1979. Unions should be implemented for every blue collar job in every country. Investors get too much money for doing nothing. While labors take a higher risk and get burned and have been burned for over 40 years.

Flying with Lufthansa is like experiencing a horror show you have never ordered. Inexcusably rude staff attitude, the poorest customer service I have ever experienced, cancellations, overbooking, and extremely high chances of losing your baggage. The goes the "flag carrier". Germans don't do it better when it comes to Lufthansa., apparently.

There are ten million immigrants in Germany - seems like they would love to work if you would just hire them ?0?

Lufthansa Group is a disaster. Rude staff, cancelled and delayed flights, high fares, customer service agents do not have a clue of what they do and say and on top of that planes that very old and worn.

Lufthansa used to be good, now they are nothing but like Deutsche Bahn or Ryanair. They are just gonna take you from A to B for 300 euro and nothing more, like riding a train, nothing more. Better use Emirates or Turkish or Singapore or Ana, at least those companies still have standards.

Shortage of workers...with the money they get paid and the rising inflation he should know the reason. They want people at the age of 20, 5 uni degress, 10 years of work experience, 3 languages fluent and a pay of 1000 Euros at best. No Lufthansa, sorry.
