It’s taken me over 150 videos to finally talk about tablets, and that’s mostly because I just haven’t tried very many, what I’ve been using still works fine and so I haven’t felt the need to get any new ones. Still though, I think it’s hard to know what kind of tablet works best for you if you only ever stick with one. Huion asked me if I’d want to try their Kamvas 13 tablet and talk about it, and so the time for me to try something new has arrived. If you’re looking into getting a new tablet, then this will be a great video for you, but even if you aren’t, I hope you’ll still learn some more about how tablets work, and get a good sense of what you might like to have for your own setup in the future.

What device/tablet/setup do you have for your digital art? Curious to hear what everyone else is using!

I have the Kamvas Pro 13 for about 4 years now and It works wonders for me. All I look forward to in the future is the Kamvas Pro 16 and I'm on the road.

All you need is 15 inch wide space to work on. The shortcuts you can just get a numpad keyboard and you're set to go :)

I'm saving money to get a Huion Kamvas 16 Pro, it's so great!!!

I use a huion too! though mine is pretty old, gifted to me by my step mum, and it only has four buttons on it. I still prefer using the buttons though, I'm left handed and reaching to the keyboard is pretty uncomfortable, especially since I have small hands and can barely reach from ctrl to any other button the combination needs

The kamvas pro 13 is my favourite, the nibs don't wear down too fast unlike Wacom intuos
