Eric - I'm intrigued - you rarely mention Data in your videos and yet it is one of the biggest challenges of any implementation. I consider it to be another major parallel operation which should start as early as possible - ie if you're evaluating software you should already be cleansing your data in situ and planning how you're going to migrate it. And since much of the data work must be done by employees of the organisation, it closely adheres to the OCM - without the employee engagement, the data quality will be poor, and if the data is poor the post go live will be a nightmare. Look me up if you need some help with this particular aspect of your game.
