I gave this exam for assistant secretary(skill) on 3rd Aug. The paper was according to format and he is showing the correct paper. RAS was some coding on the paper.
Edit 1: Since people are confused, this was paper for Assistant Secretary(Academics, Training, Skill education) conducted on 3rd August. Assistant Secretary( administration) exam is on 11th August. The syllabus and format for both exams is different.(bhai notification mein dekhte toh pata chl jata). Assistant Secretary(Academics, Training, Skill education) had 3 parts only, in which 1st part for GK and Current Affairs and had 50 questions for 100 marks. Assistant Secretary( administration) the gk part has 30 questions and is for 60 marks. (Jb tumhara exam 11th ko hai toh pehle kasie ho jayega, ye dusri post ka exam tha, notification padh lo please toh aise confusion nhi hoga)
Edit 2: Morning shift was from 9:30 am to 12 pm, reporting time was 7:30 am. Gate entry close before 9:30. Biometric verification is done so reach on time. Admit card says gate closing time 9:30. For me paper was distributed at 9:20, fill OMR at 9:25 and start paper at 9:30. Not aware of evening shift.
Edit 3: There is a notice on cbse website which mentions post wise whether your shift is morning or evening. Adding here(please confirm from notice, I hold no responsibility), 10th August(morning)-Junior Accountant, 10th August(afternoon)-Accounts Officer; 11th August(morning)- Assistant Secretary (Administration), 11th August(afternoon)-Junior Engineer & Accountant.
Edit 4- The admit card for my exam was released on 1st august for 3rd august exam. The city intimation slip mentioned that final admit card would be released 2 days before. However it was released after 5 pm on 1st. It was really stressful because I had to leave next day early morning(2nd), and was not sure if they are even conducting the exam since it was the first exam. I mailed them as well on the email mentioned in notification. I was able to get printout at night. (agr aapka admit card nahi aata hai time se, aap apni train and all mtt miss krna, time se nikl jana awr vahan jake print le lena, hotel and all mein bhi request kr skte ho.1 din pehle aa hi jayega, raaste mein download kr lena awr jahan jare ho vahan ki market and all search kr lena taki din ya shaam mein print le sako).

Edit:5- Only tier 2 and interview is counted for final merit list for Assistant Secretary(all types) and accounts officer. Pre cut-off marks for UR/EWS=50%, OBC = 45%
, SC/ST/PwBD
= 40%.

Hii. I GAVE THE EXAM. I WAS EXPECTING SOME QUANT AND REASONONG QUESTIONS SO ATTENDED ONLY 70QS OF PRIMARILY RESEARCH APTITUDE. MY CA & GS WAS NOT prepared. Can anyone tell what was average no of questions people attempted from theier respective centre. In my centre attendence percent was b/w 40-45%.
