FoodSHIFT 2030 Internal Deep Dive into UN Food Systems Summit: Introduction and opportunities by EAT

The upcoming United Nations Food Systems Summit aims to be a milestone for global collaboration and food systems transformation. In this webinar for FoodSHIFT consortium members, EAT will introduce the Summit’s objectives and structure, with a focus on Action Track 2: Shift to Sustainable Consumption. After providing brief background on the Summit and the Action Track, we will discuss the timeline for 2021 and several opportunities for cities, universities, SMEs, and other stakeholders to get involved and contribute ideas, innovations, and solutions.
