RCA told Waylon prior to this tune being released that it was no good. They were dead wrong because it was Waylon's 1st No.1 song!

Gawd dalm I miss this man. I love so many great country artists. But for me Waylon was the The King. He was bigger than life. Big as the West Texas sky that gave birth to his dreams.
