Begode did it a lot in their videos.... do you think the scraping is caused by not enough air in the shock or tire? Or is it just the way the wheel is designed?

The tire is at to low pressure. Look right after he down stairs, the tire band is all on the ground!

There are so many variables to think about like shock and tire pressure, rider weight, pedal tilt angle and speed.

What are the tire pressure and shock pressure set to? Both look suspiciously under-inflated.

I'm not sure of what I'm looking at. Are frame chips coming from the wheel striking the stair edge? Or is there rim edge damage happening? It seems like there are multiple issues happening if either of those are true. Tire is under inflated, suspension is not adjusted for the load. After pictures of the wheel and or the stair edge would have been in order.

Its not a stair wheel then because the design was known to hit off drops well before this wheel was made. old airwheels with low back mudguards were hitting steps years ago. Personally i dont like ex30 stand type. Id pick 2 lumps on rear upper handle or nose handle and just stand wheel on nose or tail.
Seems a impressive wheel all the same.

Your problem is user error. Air that tire up if you want to go down stairs like that. Your tire pressure looks more like it’s geared for dirt.

this is exactly why we need reviews like this. this wheel is a street cruiser. the battery placement is not good for stuff like this. please in-depth review on this please :)

Definitely needs more air. I assume this wheel is probably not made for stairs. Its feels very heavy while riding

We got wrong way and now this. Something to do with money and sponsorship i feel maybe. It is too obvious.

At least not with so much backlean... looks like the wheel was leveled to the back and the suspension also looks very soft... I have to test b4 I just believe that... cant see how you ride... how much do you weight? How much tyre pressure? Way to less info... ride hard stay safe

What do you expect when your running 10 psi 🤔🤔🤔

Is there a way to move the battery packs up or do you think begode is planning on adjusting them?

It looks like the kickstand that's actually hitting the stairs not the battery boxes.

I fell in love with riding down stairs since I first tried several weeks ago on my S22. This would be a big bummer. I would love to find out more context. Was the tire pressure pretty low and shock setting soft? Maybe shaving off the 90 degree angled part of the bottom corners of the battery cages is the simple solution for people want to do stairs and ride steep/bumpy trails?

Why they have to make those battery boxes soo damn low? 🤣🤣🤣

This should be renamed this is why you should never underinflate your suspension on the begode ex30. 😂

Love your videos tho bro

Haters are going to say its fake and they are also going to say the tire pressure should have been up ! But you know what I’m just glad it didn’t explode 😂

I have a deposit on the ex30 since August 2022 & I also live in nyc when will you be holding a community test ride for the ex30? Thanks I want to make sure I made the right decision before passing up a lot other amazing wheels
