This ethics session for certified planners applies the Charter for the New Urbanism as a lens onto the AICP Code of Ethics.

Join instructors Joe Minicozzi, AICP, Principal at Asheville-based Urban3 and expert in land value economics, property tax analysis, and community design; Ann Bagley, FAICP, community planner and consultant who serves on the Dallas City Plan Commission and APA Board of Directors; and Dan Slone, green development professional and partner at international law firm McGuireWoods.

These three instructors will discuss issues around ethical behavior in the practice of urban planning and New Urbanism. The instructors will seed discussion on how the AICP ethical charge might be considered and navigated in unique, real-world scenarios.

Bigger coyotes in our area can get aggressive. Smaller ones are not.
