When I was a kid you could walk through the woods behind my house and thru a cow pasture to a small pond that my friends and I would fish at when we were preteens. The owner was the richest guy in town. He actually walked down with his wife after they played tennis on their court. Instead of getting into trouble they were cordial, told us they had no problem just pick up any trash we had and actually told us where the bigger fish were. Couldn't have been nicer and it was a fond memory. He told us in the future to let his farm manager know so they would keep their bulls away so they wouldn't chase us. Good times.
