The only thing better than fried chicken, is more fried chicken. After a quick brine, I dredged my boneless chicken in a Dan-O's Seasoning seasoned flour/confectionary sugar mixture, frying on moderate heat until golden brown. The result was as ridiculous as you might expect.
I’ve been getting a bunch of questions on how to de-bone a chicken. Start on the backbone, carefully working a sharp knife around the bird, keeping as much meat attached as possible. Honestly, the best way to figure it out is to try for yourself. Tag me in your attempt at the whole fried chicken sandwich, I’d love to see it re-created!
